HPFP Upgrade Shipping and Return


All products are shipped via United States Postal Service Parcel Post. Shipping can take up to two (2) weeks depending on the package but most will only take three (3) to five (5) days. Packages may be delivered on Saturdays. If any products are damaged during shipping, the customer has three (3) days from the time the package is received to contact us to discuss the possibility of replacements or refunds. Orders on in stock items received by 1:00 PM Pacific time zone are usually shipped the day they are received.

Tracking: We are happy to provide tracking numbers for your orders. Please be aware that the United States Postal Service tracking numbers do not show when a package is expected to arrive. The information provided by the United States Postal Service will only show where the package has been.

In the event you are not completely satisfied with the products receive, you have thirty (30) days to contact us and arrange for a return. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless other arrangements have been made. The shipping cost of any returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the merchandise is being returned because the order was incorrectly filled by us or the merchandise is damaged or defective.

In the event the products ordered have a core charge, the core must be received in good working order within thirty (30) days of order delivery.
